On 27 March 2010 the Princess Anne Police responded to 30515 UMES Blvd Apt E-1, Talons Square South, for a reported burglary in progress. Investigation revealed that a suspect identified as Jaimie Joshua Goodson, 19, forced his way into the apartment, removed numerous items from all areas of the apartment, and had the items bagged and ready to go at the point of forced entry into the apartment. The suspect then fell asleep in one of the beds in the apartment where responding officers found him and arrested him. Goodson was held on $5000.00 bond for the burglary and on no bond for an outstanding warrant for failure to appear. Morris was remanded to the Somerset County detention Center.

On 25 March 2010 the Princess Anne Police responded to 12146 Somerset Ave Apt 4 for a report of a burglary. Investigation revealed that person(s) unknown entered the apartment and removed a 37 inch Sony flat screen TV, and approximately 30 DVDs. The serial number to the TV is unknown; however the Sony emblem is missing from the TV. There was no forced entry into the apartment. Investigation into the incident is continuing.

On 25 March 2010 the Princess Anne Police responded to 30700 Division St for a report of an unknown type disturbance. Investigation revealed that Satrina Clayton, 20, unlawfully entered 30700 Division St and committed an assault and an malicious destruction while in the residence. An arrest warrant has been obtained for Clayton.

On 24 March 2010 the Princess Anne Police arrested Jamar Pittman, 20, on an outstanding arrest warrant for the assault of Bryan Waters Sr., 40, which occurred on 20 March 2010. PAPD was assisted by deputies from the Somerset County Sheriff who served Pittman with a violation of parole warrant with a preset $10,000. bond. Pittman was remanded to the Somerset County Detention Center.

On 24 March 2010 the Princess Anne Police responded to 30517 Antioch Ave Apt B for a report of an assault. Investigation revealed that there was a dispute between neighbors at that location. Victim advised on procedure to press charges.

On 24 March 2010 the Princess Anne Police arrested Remar Waters, 21, on two outstanding Circuit Court warrants from the Somerset County Sheriffs office. Waters was turned over the the Somerset County Sheriff.

On 23 March 2010 the Princess Anne Police responded to Mt Vernon Rd and Somerset Ave to assist the Maryland State Police with an intoxicated suspect. Investigation by PAPD officers revealed the suspect had items that were shoplifted from both Food Lion and Royal Farms. The suspect identified as Lewis David Prout, 58, was charged with theft and released on $1,000. unsecured bond by Commissioner Barkley.

On 23 March 2010 the Princess Anne Police responded to 11575 Progress Lane Apt B for a report of a disturbance. Investigation revealed that Miesha Kellam, 18, threw a kitchen knife at Michelle Brown, 39. Kellam was arrested and remanded to the Somerset County Detention Center in lieu of $3000.00 bond set by Commissioner Barkley.

On 23 March 2010 the Princess Anne Police were on patrol in the area of Somerset Ave and Oak St when they observed a Maroon Ford Windstar van southbound on Somerset Ave displaying expired Maryland tags. Officers stopped the vehicle on Somerset Ave by Washington St and identified the operator as Melvin Jerome Morris Sr, 34. Investigation revealed that Morris was wanted on an outstanding arrest warrant by Easton PD. Morris was arrested and remanded to the Somerset County Detention Center in lieu of $1500. bond set by Commissioner Barkley.
